Photography above and beyond!
Our aerial photographs give a great overall view of your property. To showcase an individual building, we can fly close-in, or bring our special helicam equipment for low-level shots. We can include as much or as little of the surrounding area as required. To indicate the location of the property relative to important neighboring facilities, we'll go higher to get wide-angle shots, or take a panoramic view.
We fly at least once a week and have access to a variety of specialized aircraft. Aerial Images can be taken either obliquely (out of the window, with the subject being viewed at an angle) or vertically (looking straight down through a special "camera port" in the bottom of the plane).
Construction Progress
We are able to capture the progress of your construction project on a weekly, monthly or quarterly basis. These aerial images provide critical documentation for the owner, bank, and subcontractors involved with your project. These images can be "date-stamped" on the front or back and are delivered within 2 days of our flight. Real Estate
Commercial Real Estate Brokers like to use our aerial images to market their listings. We typically shoot their sites from the North, South, East and West as well as close-up and vertically. These images are used to create flyers and brochures as well as posted to their websites for prospects to see.
